3 Miles south of Medford and 7 Miles North of Ashland (Home of The Oregon Shakespeare Festival) off of Interstate 5.


Guests will have access to the entire house and surrounding yard. Washer and dryer located in laundry room inside of the house. 2 parking spaces in carport and driveway.

This house offers 2 queen size Casper beds, beautifully remodeled bathroom with soaking tub, living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace and finished hard wood floors throughout. The open floor plan provides plenty of room to visit with friends and family from the kitchen or living room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need. Large private backyard with hammock and ample space to enjoy.
