About this property

Hodge Podge Lake Lodge on Conesus Lake

Enjoy our perfectly imperfect lake house, with stunning sunsets every night! Although we welcome families with children, we want to be perfectly clear that this is a 100+ year old house, and is not child proof. It has steep stairs, with 3 of the 4 bedrooms on second story. Must walk across the street to access lake, also has a 3 foot break wall along the shore. We love the charm of our old house but may not be suitable for all. Full time tenant lives above the detached garage behind home.

Nice family getaway

We took the family for an extra long weekend. Everyone had a blast being able to jump off the dock and use the kayaks that we brought. House was big with a great view of the water. The listing is accurate, its an older house with charm. Very clean, would stay again.

A wonderful weekend.

We spent Memorial Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! A lovely front porch with a beautiful lake view made for a delightful stay. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with essential amenities. It was a delightful family weekend, and we look forward to a return visit. Jonathan and Julie Coe.

Hodge Podge was Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the living room was beautiful. There were 5 adults and an infant. It easily accommodated us with lots of room. Did not get a chance to use the hidden chess board, but we did make s’mores in the fire pit by the lake. It has a lot of charm and, if we are back in the area, we would try to get it again.
