Extremely clean and fitted with everything we needed. A little further from the Metro than I thought but not a big deal. Communication with host was excellent.

Good location, good value

Being able to walk to the Silver Spring Metro station was a big plus, which allowed us to leave our car each day. There are plenty of restaurant options just up the hill from the house. Although it's listed as a basement, there were plenty of windows to bring in natural light.We would choose this place again.

University of Maryland Event

My family and I came in for an event at the University of Maryland. This Verbo was an excellent choice for us. The location was perfect. The check-in process was easy with clear communication with the owner. The place was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place and stay here in the future

Great option for a stay near DC

The location was well-kept, very clean, and cozy. It is in the lower level of a larger home, but we had no issues at all with privacy during our stay. A quick ten minute walk to the nearest metro station made for easy travel around DC.

Holiday in DC

Liked the property very well. Only issue was the electronic security system which never did work well. The owner was responsive and was able to remotely activate the locks and eventually provided us with a key for the door.

Nice property. Very clean and close to everything. Easy parking. The host was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again next time I’m in the DC area.

Modern 2 Bedroom Getaway Silver Spring

Wow! This place was great! It is definitely modern, but also incredibly clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place to crash after a day of exploring DC. The host’s communication leading up to check in was terrific as well which helped make this stay a fantastic experience. We hope to be back some day!

The ad is accurate. It’s street parking but that is not an issue It is nice that the apartment is stocked with items you would use rather than castoffs and unwanted gifts plus the ikea layout makes everything to hand

Clean, great location, parking, great communication

We stayed the weekend for a family sport event. All the amenities you could ask for, coffee, tea, clean, comfortable beds, toiletries in the bathroom, white towels, plenty of paper towels....you name it. Close to breweries and restaurants. Street parking or driveway. We were running late due to traffic, communication with the owner was fast and helpful. Would stay again.

Comfortable and conveniently located near downtown Silver Spring

We had a great stay here. The walk to and from the Metro is easy, and the 20 bus runs in front of the house if you don't want to walk. The Sligo Creek trail is nearby. We walked on it twice. We ate at a fabulous Ethiopian restaurant nearby and shopped for groceries walking distance from the house, but spent most of our time downtown at museums that were easy to reach by metro. Samad was a responsive and accommodating host and his place had everything we needed, especially a great bed. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils and the dining area is comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and very nice finishes.

We could have used two towels per person. The noise from the upstairs unit was awful. Old super squeaky floors and footsteps sounding like they’ll come through the ceiling. Woke us up at 6 am. It’s a nice place to stay, but bring the biggest white noise machine you can find.

Metro not available at all at this area-for now

It was clean and tidy. It is a basement space so can hear people above walking. Being a basement it had some bugs but not awful. Metro for that area completely not available-not mentioned in the listing even though it’s clear this project had been underway and will be for some time-through 2025.
