Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Local guests are required to inquire before booking.
Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
In accordance with Santa Rosa's emergency ordinance:

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM; kindly retreat indoors by 9 PM.
Outdoor amplified sound is not permitted.
Maximum daytime guests allowed (8 AM to 9 PM) is 2 individuals.
Parking allowed for 2 vehicles on-site and 1 off-site.
Additional guidelines include:

Penalties for violating smoking and pet policies.
Potential requirement for an e-signature on the rental contract.
ID may be requested prior to check-in.
Self check-in may not be available after 11 PM.
Tampering with WiFi devices will result in termination of rental contract.
Outdoor security cameras are operational.
Commercial activities are not allowed.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee per pet.
