- A maximum of 2 guests may be on the property during daytime hours (8 AM to 9 PM).
- Parking is available for 2 vehicles on-site and 1 off-site.
Additional notes:
- Penalties apply for violations of the smoking and pet policies.
- An e-signature may be required for the rental contract.
- ID verification may be requested before check-in.
- Self check-in may not be available after 11 PM.
- Any tampering with WiFi devices will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- The property is monitored by outdoor security cameras.
- Commercial activities are prohibited.
