Search VRBO for "Historic Marshall Inn Private Rental, walk downtown! Also available for weddings" for the property listing that's for all of the bedrooms on the property (seven) and has all five-star reviews. This four bedroom listing is newer so doesn't have as many reviews and is only available a few weeks before the rental date when the property remains unbooked or when we have weekday bookings available between booked weekends.
The Inn is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains and you will be a short drive from the music of Asheville, the Appalachian Trail and the Great Smokies.
With a living room on the ground floor and the second floor, multiple dining areas including an eight person dining table, a 50' front porch overlooking the French Broad River and mountains, a game room, fire pit, and 4 bedrooms that have their own private baths, there are enough spaces for your group to both come together and spread out as desired.
The Marshall House Inn is conveniently located between Asheville and Hot Springs in the middle of the Blue Ridge mountains. Whether you want to take in the breweries, galleries or shops of Asheville, visit the Biltmore House, spend time outdoors or just relax, you’ll not find a better location from which to start. With over 55,000 acres of National forest you’ll find lots of opportunities for whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing, biking and zip lining. Or just a short walk down Hill Street you'll find cafes, restaurants breweries and shops to entertain.
If you would like to hang out around the house, there's plenty to do between the many books to read on the long covered patio overlooking downtown Marshall and the French Broad River, enjoying the 65" Samsung smart TV, games and a poker setup in the cozy second floor living room, cooking on the six-burner gas stove or on the outdoor Weber gas grill, roasting s'mores by the fire pit or playing a game of ping pong, skee-ball or giant jenga (there's another TV here as well). We hope to host you and your group soon!
