Needs work to be worth the money
Issues first:
Property wasn’t well cleaned, bathtub was covered in dirt, hand towel in the bathroom was stained or wasn’t cleaned from previous stay, no trash can in the kitchen or the bathroom, heat was off so it was 57 degrees when we arrived. Kitchen was poorly equipped, no filtered water was available, 3 dirty cups that were in the cabinet, no plates, no bottle opener. Bring your own pillows because the ones on the bed seem to be $5 at most and are not functional. Some sort of brown liquid leaking from the living room AC vent. Instructions didn’t provide any parking info, host didn’t respond prior to arrival with parking info even after messaging them(street parking only for those wondering). The entry process to the building itself is frustrating and relies on you downloading an app, the host apparently only granted us access until the end of one day so I would have been locked out if there wasn’t someone still inside to let me back in or would have had to request entry again and wait for a response.
Pros: TV in both rooms. Location is really perfect if you want to walk to coffee, food, or local bars. It’s a shame it is poorly managed or it could be an excellent spot. As of now it works as a place to crash only if you aren’t picky and I wouldn’t intent to shower there or spend any significant amount of time hanging out there.
