Property Description
This charming rental duo features Slightly Off Center – Surf and Sun – Two 4-Bedroom, 3-bath homes that sleeps a total of 16 (8 per home) with chic, coastal interiors, private outdoor patios and HEATED (upon request) saltwater plunge pools. From here you can walk to EVERYTHING in downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, Bert's Market, and local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy or Rita's! Only two blocks to the beach, close to the newly renovated Folly Beach Pier.
The Space
On the 1st floor of Surf, you'll enjoy the light-filled great room with Smart HD TV and access to the outdoor living space, stylish, compact kitchen appointed with everything you need to start the day with a steaming cup of coffee or cook up the islands freshest “catch of the day,” dining area, and washer/dryer. You will also find a bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. Upstairs is a roomy Master Bedroom with King bed and private spa-like bath. Two additional bedrooms offer 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds with a shared full bath.
Coupled with Slightly Off Center – Sun, the identical “sister property” next door, you can double your space for a combined 8 bedrooms, six full bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 pools to accommodate groups of 16 guests. Need even more space? Rent the duplex opposite the rear courtyard and accommodate up to 32 people, ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for weddings, family gatherings, or larger groups.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our Concierge Team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have us handle all the details of your trip. From heating the pool in advance of your stay to stocking your refrigerator or reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge Team can't help you with. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
Other Things to Note
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
Minimum rental age is 25.
