To enjoy the heated pool during the cold months, a fee of $120 per night is required and should be purchased at least one week prior to your arrival. A minimum stay of three nights is necessary as it takes three days to heat up the pool. This fee covers the gas bill. Please note that pool and spa heating requests can only be accommodated if fully paid minimum one week before your arrival.

Please avoid planing to host parties in our home. Sound level sensors are installed (not recording) to monitor noise levels and ensure our neighbors' comfort during quiet times.

Security cameras are installed exclusively outside the house for the safety of our guests and ours.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances, ensuring a safe space for guests with allergies.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors. strictly prohibited indoors.

All our properties are professionally cleaned, sanitized following CDC guidelines, and inspected before each stay.
