Enjoy beautiful sunsets and watch the sailboats come and go to the Neuse from one of the three balconies in this updated 3BR/3BA townhome. This quiet community on the marina is filled with walking trails and lakes so you can experience birdwatching, deer crossings, fishing and turtle ponds. In just a short 2 minute walk, you can enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, bike and kayak rentals, mini golf, tennis and basketball--all available at the nearby club. For the golfers, you can book a tee time at the Harbour Pointe Golf Club--5 minutes away!


You can stay in and enjoy the community, or drive 10 minutes to historic New Bern--a city dating back to 1710 and the first capital of North Carolina. Tour Tryon Palace, originally call Governor's Palace, which was the official residence and administrative headquarters of the British governors of North Carolina from 1770 to 1775. Or sample some Brad's Drink (aka Pepsi) at the birthplace of Pepsi founded by a local pharmacist Caleb Bradham in 1898.

Loved Fairfield Harbour!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was so comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, sunsets were so beautiful and the owners so attentive. Highly recommend this gem!

First Time in New Bern!

My family stayed at this tranquil property for our first trip to New Bern and enjoyed every minute!! Aaron was amazing to work with before and throughout our stay. Some highlights at the property: the views (!!!), the bunk beds (our 6 year old never wanted to leave), the well appointed kitchen, a comfy master suite, and close proximity to New Bern. Some highlights in New Bern: the trolley tour, sunset cruises, dinner in town, and shopping! We will definitely book this property again!

Great views and lots to do!

We had a great time visiting family. The house is well stocked and clean. Lots of steps to get into the house and to the master area upstairs. The view is beautiful, day and night! 10 minutes to beautiful downtown New Bern!

Beautiful and amazing vacation place

My family and I had a wonderful staying at this beautiful property. The view is so beautiful from the family are and primary bedroom. The kids loved playing the yard. There are so many activities at Fairfield Harbour that we never had a dull moment. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The property also has all you need and very clean! We hope to come back.

Peaceful & Clean

This home is the perfect place to stay, whether it’s with just your spouse or your entire family. It had everything we needed. The house was clean, well kept and in a good location. The marina provides such a beautiful view out of the back windows of the house. The neighborhood felt very safe. My husband and I ran every morning. There’s also a pool, tennis/pickleball court, and basketball court to use. We rely heavily on reviews when finding a place to stay on vacation…this is somewhere you’d want to stay. No complaints :)

Lovely place!

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and we felt very at home. It was so nice to wake up to the beautiful view of the harbor. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in New Bern!

Awesome Marina View- Very quiet neighborhood

The view from the house were spectacular. House seems brand new and the neighborhood was very quiet. Twice a day deer were within 50 yards of the rental. Host was very responsive to questions and very helpful. We are very likely to stay here again.

Comforts of home

We had to make an emergency trip to ENC and scrambled to find a place on short notice. Aaron was accommodating and allowed us to make multiple additions to our length of stay. The condo was warm and inviting, and had many of the comforts of home that helped us during a rough week. The sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking. The added small touches of having laundry pods to do some laundry was so thoughtful. We will definitely be back to the condo!
