30 seconds from the Lake Leelanau boat launch so bring your boat! We are minutes away from Traverse City, wineries, breweries, multiple beaches- including the Sand Dunes, Leland Fishtown, Empire, Suttons Bay, and many hiking and biking trails. Large second level deck overlooks the private back yard and fire pit. Come and make memories here!!
The whole place is all yours. There is a huge rec room in the basement with a ping pong table.
30 second drive to the boat launch. 3 Minute drive to a public waterfront park. 10 minutes to Good Harbor on Lake Michigan. Wineries all over. Beautiful views on the way to lovely towns on the area.
