Welcome to our extraordinary waterfront retreat! This stunning property features two charming houses, offering a unique and memorable experience. Each house is beautifully designed and furnished, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

The first house, the White House, boasts a modern farmhouse decor with breathtaking lake views. It offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for your comfort. The fully stocked kitchen and cozy living area are perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with loved ones.

The second house, the Brown House, features a rustic cottage vibe and shares the same picturesque lakefront setting. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The well-equipped kitchen and inviting living space provide all the comforts of home.

Both houses have access to a shared pier and the option to rent our pontoon boat, allowing you to explore the beautiful lake at your leisure. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the warmth and camaraderie with family and friends. And with a private grill, you can indulge in delicious outdoor meals.


As esteemed guests of our extraordinary waterfront retreat, you'll have access to the entire property, including the White House and the Brown House. It's like having your own private mini-village, perfect for those moments when you want to escape the in-laws!

Here are some important details to note before booking your stay at our extraordinary waterfront retreat:

- In-Laws Separation: Our property features two charming houses, the White House and the Brown House, providing you with the perfect in-laws separation experience. Each house offers its own set of amenities, ensuring everyone has their own space while still being in close proximity.

- Pontoon Boat Rental: For added adventure and fun on the water, we offer pontoon boat rentals at an additional cost of $200 per day. Cruise the lake, enjoy water activities, and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

- Kayaks and paddle boards are next to Cottage B and free for everyone to use. We have a total of 4 kayaks, one paddle board (adult size) and two paddle boards (kids size) all included in your stay.

- Cornhole Toss Game only available for your backyard fun :)

- Quiet Hours: We kindly request all guests to observe the town's quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay.

- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the houses or on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free.

- Pet-Friendly Accommodation: We understand the joy of bringing your furry friend along on your vacation. We allow up to 2 dogs (DOGS ONLY) to accompany you with a non-refundable pet fee of $55 per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to host your cat due to allergies. If a Guest brings a dog and does not inform us, a $1,000 pet fee will apply.

- Spiral Staircase: Please note that the Brown House has a spiral staircase that may not be suitable for young children or individuals with mobility concerns. We prioritize the safety of our guests, and we want to ensure a secure environment for everyone. Please consider this when making your booking.

- Keypad: Enter the code and then press "Unlock." The code will be sent to you 2 days before check-in.

Please note: Violating our house rules may result in a $500 fine.
