Year-round Oak Bluffs in-town Historical Famous Seashrimp Gingerbread House across from harbor/Nancy's all on the water restaurants. 3 Bedrooms 2.5 baths. Lovely ocean views of harbor from the rockers on porch. Fully Air Conditioned/Heated. This home is 1/2 block walking to public beaches. One street over from Circuit Ave., shops and restaurants, Flying Horses (oldest carousel in the country). Walk to Steamship Authority dock or take fast ferry from across the street to Falmouth, Nantucket. Charter many boats across the street in harbor for fishing, sunset cruises etc. Onsite parking for 1 car in private driveway. This property is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association. Renters must observe quiet hours and all rules located on our website.

Fantastic Stay

I stayed here with my wife and two young children, and our stay was excellent! The house was fantastic - clean, well-stocked, and in a phenomenal location. We would absolutely do it again.

Fantastic Stay

We had the best time at the Sea Shrimp! You cannot beat the location to everything in Oak Bluffs. During our stay, many vacationers stopped and took photographs of this beautiful home and it’s well manicured floral landscaping. We will definitely stay here again and theowner was a pleasure to deal with.

A Charming Holiday with All of the Comforts of Home!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was ideal, offering both peace and tranquility while being just a short drive away from Circuit Avenue and Nancy's. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and create wonderful memories. We would definitely return and highly recommend this holiday house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

1st visit to Martha’s Vineyard

We were lucky to find availability of a gingerbread cottage on just 2 weeks notice. The host was very helpful with providing tips and suggestions to navigate the trip. The cottage was listed as a 3 bedroom / 2 bath accommodation but the 2 bedrooms upstairs were essentially the same room You had to enter a bedroom to access the 3rd bedroom which was a little off putting for our invited guests to say the least . We made it work but buyer beware. The front door key sticks and made it difficult to enter the home. Definitely needs to be repaired. Otherwise the location was a great central location and the kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances and such. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait til our next trip to Oak Bluffs
