Troon North Retreat is situated in a gated community in North Scottsdale that sleeps up to 6. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, pool table, new LVP flooring, new TV's along with brand new bedding. Outdoors you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, firepit, bbq, loungers and covered patio area. A mile from Troon North Golf, hiking, mountain biking and all that North Scottsdale has to offer. Come be our guest, soak up the sunshine and spend a month or more at this amazing North Scottsdale home!

Pool & Jacuzzi heated at an additional cost. Heat source is natural gas. Depending on the desired temperature and variables such as weather the cost will vary. Host to provide utility statement and guest to reimburse with no additional mark-up.
