Pelican View-Family Friendly and Ocean and Lake Views

We (aka Chip & Bethany) are parents of 2 bright & amazing children and have had the exciting opportunity to stay in short-term rentals all over the world! We have seen some great places & places we have major concerns about. As we have traveled, we always consider ways to make the Vacation setting healthier! Bethany is an Integrative nurse practitioner and is keenly aware of toxic burdens’ effect on the body. Chip is a certified healthy home inspector and is trained to find safety issues in homes. Together they have decided to only promote vacation homes that are safe and as non-toxic as possible. Careful consideration and research have gone into construction materials, furniture, and even how the home is cleaned. Our goal is to have a safe & healthy vacation experience for our family & yours! The Sprague Family lives in Huntersville NC with their 2 dogs, 2 ducks, & 2 rabbits.

We loved the location. In fact we own 2 condos side by side. Close to everything, yet the beach is never crowded (we even have pics to prove it on July 4th). The Carolina Beach Lake Park is across the street and the views looking over the lake at the sunsets are spectacular! Sunrises and watching pelicans & waves on the front deck never get boring either. This is the reason why we named it "Pelican View." I feel comfortable letting my young kids play in the quiet one-way street below the condo practicing their skateboards & biking. This is a great family-friendly area & we love to escape reality here. We are now excited to share this condo with your family!
