Modern studio type unit with queen bed, double sofa bed entirely air-condition and with compliment of using the shared swimming pool, BBQ area and cottages with coin karaoke in the ground and outdoor full bathroom. Its a fully furnish equip with necessary needs for cooking. such as rice cooker electric kettle, refrigerator and plates and dishes. There is android tv, with WIFI and NETFLIIX, hot and cold shower , bidet and with private parking. The unit is located in a gated subdivision few steps to the main road where easy to hailed public transportation. Close distance to tourist attraction, churches, bakeries, gas station, bus station, govt offices, hospital, school, mall and groceries store, our ApHeartment is the place were guest can enjoy staying.
