About this property

This cottage is nothing short of awesome. The 2,200 sf interior of the property has an open concept kitchen and living space with huge floor to ceiling windows that allow you to see the amazing views from anywhere you sit. In the evening enjoy conversations while sitting by the large fireplace or watch movies on one of 3 TV's (login with Netflix, Prime, Tubi) and board games available. If you need to work while at the cottage there is two desks and one with a 24” monitor that has an HDMI and standard monitor connection. High speed Fiber internet with 100 mbps which is rare in cottage country.

The cottage is nestled among 100-foot trees, lush greenery, singing birds and serene nature. If you are looking for privacy, tranquility & ultimate relaxation, look no further!

The 3-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 6 across two luxurious king beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The home is flooded with lots of natural light making your stay feel calm and pleasurable.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the small/large appliances, pots, serving dishes and utensils needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends.

There are two full bathrooms (2 showers) – one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Washer and dryer available if needed.

Enjoy the outdoor space with a BBQ, various lounge/sitting areas and a dining space. In the evening there is a fire pit to roast marshmellows or sit around having great conversation.

The river offers miles of exploring and refreshing water for swimming, diving, relaxing - you name it! There are three Kayaks (One is a 2+1 kayak), 2 stand-up paddle boards and a Canoe for you to use - life jackets are provided. It is 10 wooden steps that are nice and wide down to the water.

This cottage is a pristine gem in the heart of Ontario's vacation paradise.

Guest can use any area of the property except the garage.

Great host, great communication and great property!

The property was well maintained and beautiful inside and out. There was more amenities than anyone would ever need. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place for a getaway

Great location! The river was beautiful and it’s great to have the kayaks and paddle boards there to use. The cottage is great for groups/family. Lots of common space to hang around and catch up. Wonderful place. Looking forward to hopefully going back one day!

Exceptional Muskoka River Getaway!

My sister, our senior mum and I spent time at the Muskoka River Cottage. The cottage is perfect. So clean, well organized, well equipped with all the essentials. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Everything is intentional, including all the little details, to make this a wonderful stay. The waterfront is stunning, spending most of our time on the dock. The kayaks were in excellent shape and so clean. And the short walk to the chutes was lovely. David is an excellent host. Very prompt in answering questions and was always available. The only issue is that we didn’t stay long enough! ;) We would absolutely rent this cottage again.
