This one bedroom rental is newly finished and furnished. It is located just a few miles from the Cumberland River and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. It is an easy drive on a four lane highway to the middle of Music City.
The property is a basement apartment and completely private with your own entrance at the rear of the building. There is ample parking for your convenience. The unit has a large bedroom with attached bath. The living area and kitchen are combined in a spacious and well appointed space.
You will enjoy the quiet ambiance of a small town and yet be close to the excitement of city life! There are many opportunities for hiking, fishing and other outdoor recreational activities just minutes away in this quaint little town. The many activities of Music City are just a short drive away!

Great location!

We had a great time at this little place. The couple are very friendly and eager to assist if something surfaces! The unit has low ceilings, so if you're 6' 1" or taller, might want to reconsider!

Nice Apartment

Nice apartment, master bed is a pillow top which was too soft for me as I prefer a firm mattress. My brother slept on the pullout, said it was short but comfortable. Owners were great to deal with and while this is a basement apartment under their home, you didn’t hear them nor did they impose on our stay. We never saw them but knew they were there. Overall enjoyed the stay, will be returning next time I’m in Ashland city.
