Luxury Pool 5BR/3BA Launchpad

Totally renovated 5BR/3BA oasis, 2400sqft single story home with pool. Large screened in front porch. Huge backyard with pool and fire pit, quiet neighborhood. Chef's kitchen with space to breathe. Walk to local restaurant (Third Culture Kitchen) Groceries (Publix 1 mile). Kennedy Space Center (15min). Orlando Airport (40min). Disney (50min). Beaches (25-30min). Cruise Port (25-30min). Rotary Riverfront Park (5min) for absolute best launch views and playground. USSSA Sports Complex (25min).

May not be suitable for children/infants because of direct pool access. We do not provide infant amenities like crib, highchair, etc.

The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. Front door has ring camera for security and communication. Back yard has a ring camera for liability and accident purposes because of the pool. Cameras are not monitored and only accessed if there is a question of concern or to confirm that guests have left the property. Cameras should never be covered in case of accident or emergency.

The space
The space is very clean and fresh with very little clutter. Home is fully stocked with essentials for cooking, comfort, pool-time, and exploring the local area. 5 full bedrooms sleep 12. The open floorplan flows from kitchen to dining room to living room to massive patio and freshly surfaced pool! Huge backyard with large gathering table, lounge chairs, fire pit with seating, and a hammock for your enjoyment. The home was gutted and fully renovated in 2022. Watch launches from the backyard or venture 5 minutes to one of the riverfront parks to get an unobstructed view of the launch pads across the river. We would love to host you. Nice clean home

The home was nice and clean. The owners are very attentive and answered quickly. The area is close to many things. Very convenient. The neighborhood had a couple of times the police were called out but there are are two police who live in the area so that is good. Would stay here again.

Family visit Space Center

Good place with plenty of beds for our family visiting Titusville and Kennedy Space Center. I would stay there again.

Pleasant stay

We had a good stay on a quick trip to Titusville. The kids enjoyed the pool and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up in the house itself.

Awesome vacation rental

Close enough to everything!

Our entire family was able to comfortably stay at this fun home. Even my niece who lives there said it is an hour or less from everything! Kitchen has everything and the layout complimented our crew.

Comfortable, spacious and centrally located

The over all home was clean and very spacious. However, some of the sofas contained sand. The pool water was chaulky. We could not use the pool.

Overall great stay

The house was perfect for the space we needed. The owner was very responsive when we contacted him. There was an issues with the water heater and the owner had a plumber to the house within an hour or so and the issue was immediately fixed. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect getaway!

We had a great weekend staying here! We all had our own bed, there was plenty of space to spread out, and it had all of the essentials we could have needed. The pool was perfect to come back to and cool off after a hot day at KSC! The owners were easy to communicate with and were available to answer any questions we had. You won’t regret a stay here!

Before Cruise Stay

Property was beautiful, kids had fun with ping pong and fusball. Got to see 2 rocket launches from back yard, pool was beautiful but too cold for us to utilize. My only complaint was no paper towels or tissues. Would definitely stay here again!!

Titusville zenhouse

The interior of the house was perfect for us: open, spacious, super clean, stocked, organized! The back yard with pool was fab and the pool was sparkling clean. The owners were professional, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The best place to stay on the Space Coast

This was a last minute trip for 2 adults and 3 teens. We were not only thrilled to find a place where we could each have our own bedroom but also a pool! This house is immaculate and so thoughtfully supplied. We loved ordering in just so we could hang out more at the house and enjoy some evening swimming. Perfect location to visit KSC, watch rocket launches, or just visit nearby beaches. Highly recommend!

Property was good. Our arrival was delayed because of airplane delays, once we got to property (2:00am)we were locked out due to wrong access code. Luckily we were able to find accommodation elsewhere for the night. Was rebated partially for the night. Not including taxes which were $134.

Good potential, but beware:

1. Mattresses are cheap, uncomfortable, bouncy and worn-out. We all (6 of us) woke up tired and irritable. 2. Sheets are cheap, thin, ill-fitting. 3. Bed pillows are low quality. 4. Stale smokers smell in 4 of 5 bedrooms and not all windows are able to be opened to combat that smell. 5. Dirty floors, grandson's knees were black (I took a picture); used q-tips found on windowsill. 6. Not allowed to control house temperature. 7. Ants in red room bathroom. 8. Sofa's have seen their better days. 9. Need a vegetable peeler for kitchen. 10. GOOD: upscale kitchen appliances, nice backyard. Owner was responsive and dropped off air fresheners.

Convenient little property

What struck me most about this property was how clean and organized it was. There were directions for everything. All the cabinets were labeled for the contents. The light switches were labeled. There was plenty of space for my extended family of 11 to spread out. My only suggestion is to get a coffee table or two for the family room. There was no place to set your drink. Owners were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

A Wonderful Family Break!

What a great weekend we had! Bob was incredibly easy to communicate with - so quick to respond! It was super hot while we were there, and the pool was well enjoyed. A Foosball tournament seemed to be going on at every moment. Would have loved to play ping-pong, but it was blistering hot out, so we didn't sit out in the nice, big front porch. (I loved the pub table and benches!!) This truly was a great find for my husband and me, our 2 children and their families. Thank you, Bob! Oh!! Btw, there was supposed to be a launch the Saturday evening we were there, and Bob even texted us to let us know!!!!
