This is a single-level newly refreshed home. The space has plenty of windows providing light, open spacious feel while allowing ample light and fresh air into the home.
Living area has two couches, one that converts to sofa sleeper for 2 (linens & bedding provided). Large flat screen smart TV with streaming capabilities for Netflix, Amazon and more. High-speed Internet and Wi-fi guarantees ease for work and play. Comfortable new furniture with artistic touches throughout.
Kitchen features tons of light, along with natural skylight, and a wall kitchen for preparing meals, light wood cabinets, a pantry and new appliances, as well as a small dining area. Walk out to the patio and grill on the BBQ or cook indoors with new stainless appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, bakeware, glassware and tableware. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the indoor dining table with 4 chairs & 2 stools, or outdoors at the Picnic table for 6, additional seating provided for lounging.
1.5 Baths features quality linens and soap; the main bath features tub/shower combo, quality linens, adjustable spray shower head, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner. Bonus in both baths are air diffusers (but bring your own favorite natural oils).
Bedroom #1 w/half bath, features a King bed and comfortable quality linens; large closet for hanging clothing and drawers for personal items, small work desk w/comfortable chair for laptop or writing. Bedroom #2 features a King bed, small space for hanging clothes, luggage rack and a workstation with lighting, computer monitor. Additional Closet space for personal items is in the hall closet.

This home allows up to 2 dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet that covers the normal wear and tear of allowing pets into the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens. Pets should be secured while guests are away and should not be left unattended at any time. Please pick up after your pets. Additional cleaning fees and or damage will be charged for violation of the rules regarding pets. *Note-The back yard is fully fenced, however there are gaps at the bottom of the gate near the driveway.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home, the private back yard (hot tub is non-functioning), and 2-car driveway. Guests also have full use of the private laundry room. No Guest access to the garage, as it is reserved for the owner. There is a fireplace in the home but it is non-functional, use is for ambiance only.

Located in the North Central Neighborhood surrounded by Downtown Gresham, and surrounding towns of Fairview, Troutdale, Wood Village with easy access to highway I-84. The Highway is also known as the Columbia Gorge Hwy, Old Oregon Trail Hwy and is one of the “7 Wonders of Oregon”, this highway also connects to highways leading to Downtown Portland, Clackamas, Gladstone, Lake Oswego, Vancouver & Camas Washington.
Located in a residential Gresham neighborhood - a friendly, active and responsive city well-known for exceptional community services and amenities. Opportunities for outdoor & music lovers, with pet friendly hiking trails, skiing, biking and windsurfing opportunities, as well as the renowned Mt. Other Things to Note:
- You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
- No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
- Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
- Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
- We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house-trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable
