Great Stay
This is a great place to stay very convenient. Had a great time in Seacrest/Rosemary. The wifi was not working properly and the tub still had sand in it from the previous renters, but was still a decent place to stay.

This room was just what we needed for our short stay in Seacrest Beach. Location is great. Needs a little TLC and main door to hallway is heavy and slams rather loudly.

Great place, great location
Easy check-in, perfect if you're looking for a place for basic shower/sleep at non-Rosemary Beach prices. Pool access was easy. Right above bars and restaurants and easy walk to Rosemary Beach downtown. Appreciated washer/dryer access in the building. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our visit to this condo. It is in a great location in the heart of Rosemary Beach. We especially liked the location within a few walking steps to great restaurants, coffee, shops, souvenir, shopping, and music in the evenings.

Just ok
If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for just a night or two, it's fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere. This unit faces the walkway and you hear every door slam and conversation that goes by the window (starting at 6am). The room is as bare as they come minus the obnoxious TV that is bigger than the bed. Good thing it was only in the 60s while we were there bc the AC was a joke. Instead of an overhead fan there was a tacky light fixture that hardly produced any light. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the location I would give this a 1 but proximity to amenities and the beach warrants an additional star. Pool code was not provided in any of the information so we had to ask other guests for the code so that we could access it. Would not stay here again.

Perfect For a Weekend
The studio was exactly what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway. The room and bath were clean and accommodating. Located in the heart of the village with eateries, bike rentals, a pool, and transportation to and from the beach made for a great weekend.
