This home is set on six rural acres in Charles City VA. Only 1/4 mile from the VA Capitol Trail. Two bedrooms / one full bath with shower. Great room area with open kitchen as well as a separate den.WIFI and TV with streaming channels are available. Note this is a two level property. There will be occasional guests staying upstairs. Both units have their own entrance. There are no shared interior spaces. Washer Dryer are included. The property was recently renovated. A covered pergola is in the backyard for outdoor relaxing. Garage access is not included but could be negotiated separately. Nearby restaurants are Culs Courthouse Grill and Indian Fields Tavern. The property is approximately 20 miles to Jamestown, 24 miles to Colonial Williamsburg and 28 miles to Richmond via scenic Route 5

Very cozy and well kept

My wife and I stayed here for over a week and it was fantastic. Very clean, all washing and cleaning supplies provided, and it was very cozy. There's essentially 2 living rooms we spent most of our time there. Honestly one of the nicer, more updated and comfortable stays I've been at with Vrbo. It was almost halfway between Richmond and Williamsburg, which was perfect for us. Definitely recommend for couples or small families.
