Both bedrooms and living room have a Roku smart TV, comfy queen beds, stocked kitchen, full bath, and beautiful natural sunlight beaming through the unit. There is a small front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. 2 charcoal grills have been added to the property for guest use! The home is centrally located to many surrounding popular cities (Clearwater, Dunedin, Tampa, St Petersburg). The famous Clearwater Beach is a short ~15 minute drive, with the closet beach being under 10 minutes.

Why they chose this property

Tucked away at the end of the street directly right on the historic Pinellas trail which was once a railroad (now paved with concrete). There are 4 units that sit on our huge property, making you feel like you are vacationing in your own little area. The home is very centrally located and an easy drive to theme parks, beaches, malls, theaters, and dining!
