Adorable one bedroom, one and a half bath half duplex overlooking Shelter Bay. Brand new from top to bottom January 2019! Lovely views from your backyard and living area. Very well-kept home that is light and bright! Deep water dockage, gas grill, 2 flat screen TV's with basic cable TV. 42" Smart TV in the living room and the other TV in the bedroom is 32". Dishwasher. Hi speed wireless internet service. Master has a queen size bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room.
Newer deep-water dock, bait freezer for your convenience, fish-cleaning table, and an enjoyable view!
Key Colony Beach offers restaurants, golf cart rentals, full service marina, quick access to the open Atlantic and open Gulf via Vaca Cut!
