Excellent accommodations
Steve’s place is perfectly situated in S Kihei. We come to the island to visit family but there are so many things for tourists within walking distance. Two beaches, restaurants, grocery, and South Maui Gardens are so close, just to name a few. Beautiful Wailea is a short drive away as well as all things you could need “in town” (Kahului). The condo is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A very decent property in a very good location
Just a block from the beaches in the heart of Kihei - we could walk to all kinds of things. Quick out to S. Kihei Dr., the main road in Kihei down to Wailea. A fantastic location. Apartment was great - well stocked - comfy bed - good A/C. We got what we asked for. Would stay again.

Condo fonctionnel,bien équipé et tranquille. Le vent circule très bien à travers le condo si bien que nous n’avons même pas utilisé la climatisation. Vue sur les volcans. On a adoré!

Great location, very reasonably priced, good communication, plenty of information to have a fun stay
This VRBO in Kihei is in an outstanding location. There are beaches across the street and there are restaurants to the left and restaurants to the right to choose from. There’s live music most of the week, and there are plenty of places to shop i.e. ABC, Foodland, etc. Steve keeps the property clean and provides a little notes/reminders to help you throughout your stay. Had an experience of a lifetime staying at this property.

Steve did everything from stocking up towels, soap, dish detergent, water filter, and everything you can think of was provided. He was accommodating and even called to check in with us. Location is great, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We loved it here. Definitely recommend!

Paradise Breeze
I have visited Maui a few times. Usually we blast the AC because of how warm the room get. This was not the case with this place. It was located in a way where we would get the ocean breeze and 9/10 days it was super comfortable. The AC was on for about 1 hour of our total stay, which I loved because my contacts get dry due to the AC. The place was clean and we enjoyed watching the sunset and drinking a beverage on the patio or gazing at the stars. It was located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Neat, close to parks and beaches
Nice place to be if you don't fancy crowded hotels. Short walk to just about all that you ever want; park, shopping, food, bar and beaches. We enjoyed it very much.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo is very clean and location is great- there is so much nearby such as the beach, restaurants, markets, etc. Steve is a great host and made sure we had the best experience possible. Wonderful stay
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great. Most of the time we did not even need to use the air since there was no direct sunlight. That location was perfect for enjoying the beach and it was close to many restaurants. We hope to stay again in the future!

Super central and convenient location in Kihei
My sister and I loved Steve's place for our trip to Maui. The apartment was centrally located and we could easily walk to Kamaole Beaches or towards the shops near Paia Fish Market. He was super responsive with all of our questions and the apartment was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. Would highly recommend!

I live in Vancouver, Canada and love to travel to Hawaii. It has been a life long dream to own a home in Hawaii and I purchased this apartment as a 2nd home. We travel to Maui about 4 times a year and love the location where we are.

Why they chose this property

I have been to most of the Hawaiian islands and have found Maui to be the perfect mix of beaches, relaxation, activities, scenery & nightlife. South Kihei has the least amount of rain on the island to assure you of plenty of sunshine for your holiday.

What makes this property unique

Everything for daily life is within walking distance, such as grocery stores, countless restaurants, Happy Hour, shopping & beaches. The apt. is just a 3 min. walk to 'Kamaole I ' swimming beach and 3 other beaches within a 10 min. walk. The surfing beach is also less than a 3 min. walk. The golf courses at Wailea are less than 10 min. drive. Great snorkling is just a 5 min. drive at Ulua beach (Wailea) and snorkling rentals are minutes from home. There are sports bars within a 5 min. walk to catch your favorite sports team on screen, although our apt. does have a 48” TV with Netflix. If you don't plan to rent a car, our home is close to everything on foot. The city bus picks up and stops in front of our apt. hourly.
