Welcome to Villa Aqua, located in Playacar is undoubtedly the best residential community in all Playa del Carmen, just 5 minutes by car from the beaches and the famous 5th Avenue.

Villa Aqua can welcome up to 10 people, we have 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, the master bedroom has a couch, a reading nook that acts as an oversized single bed, and air mattresses available to lay out where needed in the house.

We are privileged of being located in Club Real, a residential complex within Playacar, which offers double security 24/7, gardens, several common pools and private tennis courts.

Besides, we have a large, totally private pool & garden, ideal for relaxing on our loungers under the shade of exotic palm trees or catching sunrays all day. The private pool in the backyard is the perfect place to enjoy your days spent in paradise as it offers privacy and comfort.

The house has a full equipped kitchen, stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal or drinks during your stay.
