1121 Bungalow Bill Pool Side Retreat

Welcome to your new home in St. Charles! This cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom abode that sleeps 6 is the perfect retreat for those who enjoy a bit of relaxation and luxury. With plenty of natural light, spacious living areas, and brand-new appliances throughout, you'll feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The finished basement provides additional sleeping with a king-size bed, included in the living space. The location couldn't be better: just minutes away from local wineries and restaurants. You can take a stroll down Main Street, enjoy a glass of wine, or grab dinner with friends on any given night! Plus, there's an added bonus: access to a shared pool where you can cool off during those hot summer days. Imagine sitting poolside and enjoying some peace and quiet—it doesn't get much better than that! Pets are not allowed.

When you first walk in you are greeted by a spacious living room with plenty of seating, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying conversations with family. Adjacent to the living room is the newly renovated kitchen. With brand new appliances this kitchen is perfect to cook for any size group. Step outside to the backyard where there is a large, shared pool (POOL WILL BE CLOSING THE THIRD WEEK OF OCTOBER 2023). If you rent both the Cottleville Cabana and Bungalow Bill you can have a private retreat for family gatherings that will accommodate 10 guests. Please refer to the Cottleville Cabana when booking both homes.

Very impressed by everything this home has to offer

Very spacious, nicely decorated, organized and spotless home. Felt right at home, very comfortable and well appointed with all you need amenities. We came into town for a horseshow at the National Equestrian Center and it was about 15 minutes away, perfect location, felt private and in a great location!
