This is not just a tiny house cabin in the woods. Step back in time while staying in a unique cabin. The property that our tiny house sits on used to be part of wine vineyard that used to supply wine throughout the entire east coast.

Currently the property sits on 12 beautiful private acres with 5 other cabins and a historic house. Our guests have access to the entire property which includes:

-On property Hiking Trails

-Beautiful mountain views surrounding the entire property

-Fully equipped kitchen

-Very private location

-Convenient access to the property off of a main highway

-12 minutes to Downtown Asheville

-Outdoor lover’s paradise

-High Speed Internet

Small cabin in candler
The cabin was as described. The biggest issue is the constant noise from interstate 40 which detracted from the ambiance. The location is very convenient. The beds were comfortable. One thing to consider, as noted there is no dishwasher or laundry.

Lovely hill and grounds. Cute cabin and front porch. Hard to relax and enjoy the porch, though because of highway noise.

Concerned
The house was a bit smaller than the photos suggested, but cozy and nice overall. The upstairs is where the larger bed is but it isn't easily climate controlled like the downstairs. Not earth shattering but the window unit was loud. The concern came from tiny black bugs that came out of the bathroom drains at night. I contacted the host and told them about the bugs and didn't even receive an acknowledgement of the concern. As the stay progressed, they got a little worse. When we checked out, I reminded the host about the bugs and again received no acknowledgement that they heard me or had any care about the bugs. Maybe they thought I was looking for a refund or something. I just think if a guest has a concern, the host should at least acknowledge the concern. I've had a pest in a cabin rental years ago. I notified the host and had an exterminator there that same day. This time, not even a mention that I brought it up. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't stay again.

The directions to the house are straightforward and there are signs on the property for extra help, the house itself is adorable and very cozy inside with lots of outdoor amenities. Very enjoyable stay in a picturesque landscape, hope to be back!
