Take the stairs from your back door and within a few steps you are on the beach with your private beach chairs and umbrella set up!  There isn't anywhere else you can get beach access as close to your door! Let our newly renovated and professionally decorated two story two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome be your best vacation ever to make your greatest memories!  Escape to the beautiful emerald coast as you enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets from two private balconies overlooking the idyllic emerald water and white sand beaches.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our townhome offers a king bed in the master bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom), two double beds in the guest room with another bathroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room that has a half bathroom to easily accommodate 6 people.

In-Unit Highlights
The beach is the brilliant focus the minute you walk through the door! Newly updated and decorated in 2021 with LVP flooring throughout, this townhome has bright coastal decor to compliment the amazing view.  The living room features an HD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a brand new oven and microwave, perfect for a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Groceries are easy to unload from your two marked parking spots just outside the entry door. Washer and dryer are provided in unit for convenience. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private balcony overlooking the beach. 

The townhome complex is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive within walking distance to coffee, ice cream and many dining options.

The best spot on the beach!
We brought our family of 4 here last month and had the BEST time. The owners are so so wonderful and helpful. The unit is ON the beach (I let my 6 year old go to the bathroom alone it was that close). Close to plenty of resources and just such a well kept unit with kind people all around!

Excellent Property in a great location
The condo was perfect for our family of four (my husband and I and our 2 teen kids) . The property is located within a few steps from the beach with a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The beds, sofas and chairs are comfortable, sheets and towels clean, All appliances were functioning properly and the kitchen was well equipped. Beach service was great with two lounge chairs and an umbrella set up every morning for us. It’s near grocery stores and so much more. I highly recommend this rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented at Costa Del Sol, so I didn't pay much attention to the details in this listing. This is ONLY a 2 bedroom condo, while most of Costa Del Sol gives you access to all three bedrooms. This was my fault for relying on past experiences with other units. So, if you only need two bedrooms, this is fine. Otherwise, look for another unit. You can't beat the location of Costa Del Sol or the face that you have a dedicated beach space. This unit was nicely decorated. The bathrooms were smaller than some of the other units that I stayed in, so if you have a group of 4 people, getting ready for dinner can be a bit of a juggle. It was clean, and the kitchen was nicely furnished with utensils and cookware. Easy to make meals if you want to do that. Within walking distance to some nice places to eat, and many places deliver. Across the street from a large Alvin's should you need a float or sunscreen. All in all, it is a really nice place as long as you are aware that it is only two bedrooms. I would not recommend this to a friend because all of my friends would need all three bedrooms. That is the ONLY reason that I am clicking no on would I recommend this property to a friend.

100 step to water’s edge
Great property, clean, and very nice amenities. Everything we were looking for. 100 steps from the back door to the water’s edge. Parking is easy, within walking distance of Pompano Joes, the rolled ice cream shop, coffee shop, and Alvin’s is right across the street.
