There are mini splits to keep cool when your not relaxing from at the beach and a spacious back yard for your cookouts. The property is tucked away on a quiet side street yet close to all the Upper cape has to offer.

The house has a spacious living room with ample seating. The couch opens up to a full sized pull out bed. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has bunkbeds. All linens are included in the rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Access the patio from the kitchen door where you will find the gas grill and outdoor seating for six.
