Sleeps 10 guests comfortably across the 4BR/3BA house, each with smart TV. Each bed is outfitted with exceptional 600 TC 100% cotton sheets
Suite 1: King bed, retractable slider with patio access, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dressing room and makeup vanity.
Suite 2: Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Other Details to Note:

With the exception of the garage, the guest will have access to the entire property.
As there are some pool and smart home controls to understand, the homeowner or property manager will provide a in-person overview upon arrival. This is a great opportunity for a concierge interaction - we will be happy to give you the lay of the land and provide recommendations on all aspects of your stay.

Pool is heated to 85F, spa can be set to 105F.

As we are in a hub location between Cape Coral Parkway and Pelican Boulevard, traffic can be heard outside during commuting hours.

The fire-pits in the outdoor area are not operational, however the globes can be lit.
There is a generator on-site in case a power outage.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Immediately after booking, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification, and this will need to be completed within 48 hours to hold your booking. This will include a $35 vacation rental damage waiver that will cover damages up to $5,000 in the event of any accidental damage during your stay.
