Perfection continues inside - Gourmet Kitchen, 3 Fireplaces, 5 suites - 4 have private, full bathrooms! ALL NEW!!! Paradise!! Perfect, private location. Minutes from everything. Kierland, Old Town, Golf, Malls and Restaurants. Hike, Bike & Jog for miles at McDowell Mountain Preserve out your front door.


Full access to a spacious backyard with lounge chairs, a grill, and covered seating! You'll also find plenty of outdoor activities including; mini golf, a pickle ball/basketball court, yard games, ping pong, and a large POOL!! The fun continues inside where you have full access to a pool table, bar, and more! The kitchen is completed with a large sink, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. Guests have complete access to an in-house washer and dryer.

Clean, luxurious bedrooms are found throughout the house's FIVE beautiful bedrooms including three rooms with KING SIZE beds and FULL bathrooms exclusively for the room! The other two rooms have two full beds in each. One including a full private bathroom!

Accessibility: there is one step inside of the garage and multiple steps to the main entrance. Most of the patio is wheelchair accessible. We are working to find an effective, easy solution to make access easier. COS STR 2031549

Perfect Desert Getaway
The property was extremely clean, and owner/property manager were quick to respond to any concerns. Everything was as beautiful as pictured. A few maintenance issues (basketball net, hot water, temperature inside), and kitchen was lacking in some basics if you plan to cook meals. Aside from that, this is the perfect place to stay in Scottsdale for one family or multiple families!

A great family getaway
Our recent stay at Kristin’s house was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious living areas are perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. However, the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the great pool area. The crystal-clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and beautiful surroundings created a private oasis where we could unwind and soak up the Arizona sun. Kristin’s hospitality was exceptional, with clear communication and a genuine commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this property. Spacious and entertainment luxury
This property is massive, with plenty of room for family of 7. There is so much for the kids to do…with the pool, hot tub, putting green, pickleball and basketball court, pool table and dart board…it was perfect for our very competitive family! The private lot was wonderful. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Family Vacation
The accommodations were wonderful and it was the perfect fit for our family of 9. Every couple was able to have their own bedroom and bath. The master was incredible! There were 2 family rooms with big screen TVs which was great. For entertainment, we enjoyed the pool to the max and many games of pickleball. We also drove just down the street to hike in the McDowell mountain range. We really miss our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool, lush greenery and view of the mountains. We came for our anniversary and could not have been more pleased. We are already thinking about a repeat for next year!

Pure Perfection- Stunning Home
This stunning home is PURE PERFECTION. We absolutely LOVED our time in this magnificent house!! We hoped to explore Scottsdale, but once we arrived at this resort-like home, we wanted to just enjoy every minute here!! Between the basketball court, pickleball court, putting green, beautiful waterfall/pool, hot tub, darts, pool table, ping pong table, hammock, arcade machine, it was truly an oasis!! Thank you so much!

This VRBO is very nice! The backyard was like your own mini resort! Offering a relaxing private atmosphere with a well maintained landscaping. Our family enjoyed the mountain view and close hiking trails. Looking forward to staying again.

Property was perfect to host customers for PTC golf weekend. Plenty of space and a resort like backyard. Hiking was also walking distance. I’ll again next year!

Great house - would definitely recommend
We stayed as a large family for christmas holidays and it was fantastic. Awesome pool/hot tub and pickleball court and a great living room/kitchen area to hang out. The ONLY suggestion would be for some portable heaters on the patio as we wanted to sit outside at night by the pool but it wasn't warm enough so we did all the night socializing inside.

We have visited Scottsdale every year for the past 12 years and this is by far our favorite! The location and accommodations are amazing! The pool, hot tub, putting green, pickleball court and lush landscaping make it fun for enjoying the AZ sun all day long! The host is very communicative which is an added plus! This property has all the comforts of home and we will definitely go back!

Dream house in amazing location
We had a great trip and especially enjoyed the backyard!! Bedding was all new and lots of outdoor furniture. Plenty of space and activity for the kids. Playing pickle ball was our favorite. Great location- kierland commons was close and hiking short walk away. Even better than photos. We will definitely stay again!
