Why they chose this property

This property is within walking distance of Temple Hospital and is a great location for nearby lodging for traveling nurses who prefer a quick commute and a comfortable, spacious stay. It's also only a couple blocks from the Allegheny Station making it very public transit friendly and there's ample parking.

What makes this property unique

The building itself is absolutely beautiful with a lot of the original built in wood furnishing which was kept up very well. It was also fully renovated in 2016 to 2020 with care.
