Wonderful stay

This is our 4th year staying at this cabin. We love it. It is homey, great location, and if there is any issue maintenance is sent out immediately and the issue fixed. We look forward to returning next year. One suggestion- oven pans and sharpen the knives.

Spring Break Getaway

We went out of town for a couple days with the kids for spring break. The cabin was great. It was cozy and had a great yard for the kids to play outside in. The cabin was also spacious for us and had plenty of room. There wasn't much snow when we arrived, but then there was a snow storm for about a day. Coming from Las Vegas it was a great experience seeing snow falling and build up everywhere. The experience was wonderful and makes us want to come out again.

Beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We loved our time at the Cornerstone Cabin! It is pet friendly and opens out to the national forest, allowing us many hikes and fun adventures! It is family friendly as well, with a hammock, tree swing, BBQ, and jacuzzi. This is our 6th time staying at Cornerstone and we plan to continue to stay here each summer. Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

Cozy cabin - needs new mattresses

This cabin was really cute and cozy and had mostly everything we needed for our one night stay. Loved the property (so did our dog) the fireplace and the hot tub. I will say the mattresses weren’t the best - either saggy or too soft or old. If they update the mattresses in there I would be happy to stay again! It should be noted that the cornerstone was actually on a main road which I didn’t notice when booking but it wasn’t a huge deal - just worth noting.

2 - Fair

The house has an old smell to the entire entirior as well as the spare sheets, blankets.towels were very old and rough. Carpet smelled, shower is to small even for one person. Mouse traps in some areas of the house we did see one dead mouse on the trap underneath the kitchen sink. Bottom bedroom bed was very uncomfortable nono matter which way you turned at night you ended up sunken in the middle of the bed. Over the home needs some improvement. But for the most part it was a somewhat pleasant stay overnight.

Nice mountain cabin - Internet is bad

This is a great mountain cabin. Fireplace is great. Hot tub was great. Service from cool cabins when issues arose was outstanding. That said... Don’t expect good internet. They use satellite, so there was no internet during cloud cover or snowfall and dial up speeds (seriously - you can check email and hit mobile websites and that’s about it) during clear skies. If you are coming to unplug, this is a four star cabin. But if you are coming up to ski and then relax with Netflix by the fire, find another cabin and confirm that Internet is high speed. Also, ants in the kitchen - but think it’s hard to avoid that in a mountain cabin. Overall good stay.

Gorgeous Quiet Cabin

Great woodsy feel with a big backyard and great layout. Instantly gives you that mountain feel. Cool Cabins customer service is great and you can text them for a quick response. Internet and service are slow, which is to be expected. Be aware that you will have to drop your own trash off when you go, so set some extra time aside for that.

Cool Cabin

Cornerstone was a cool little spot. It definitely is a more traditional (a little bit older) cabin, so don't expect anything modern in there, but that shouldn't matter if you are trying to get a way from it all. The stairs were a bit dangerous but other than that we had a great time.

Cute, cozy cabin in the woods!

The cabin was clean, well heated, and very comfortable, and provided plenty of utensils for us to enjoy some hot cocoa by the fire! The hot tub takes forever to heat up, so turn it on the second you get there, otherwise the place was adorable, comfortable, and a really nice getaway for an night in the mountains! Also walkable to the ski resort, as well as an easy walk/drive up to some great hiking trails in a super cute and woodsy neighborhood.

Really bad experience overall

We’ve stayed two nights with three couples. Showers were cold, girls were mad. The sleeping sofa was broken and the mattress in it was pretty ragged...no sleeping for one couple :( Oh, the cherry in the cake, hot tub outside was turned off when we got there..it never got even warm by the time we left the place after the second day.

Nice cabin, great backyard, if your looking for luxury...this is not the place.

Decent cabin, great backyard....my dog loved running around in the snow covered forest. The swing advertised was broken when we got there, so that was a little disappointing. Great hot tub and overall a great trip. The cabin is nice, but not kept after that well, outdated ammenities ....probabally won't stay there again.

Very cozy cabin. Great location!

We loved that the cabin was really close to the mountain. Not really walking distance for us because we have kids. Loved the cabin! Very cute & cozy & love that there's was a jacuzzi. The only bad thing is that we used it at night & it was really dark outside. It's missing a little lamp or some thing out there. Cabin does need a bit of tidying up. There's lots of spider webs. We brought frozen meals with us & there's really wasn't any baking sheets. Besides that everything was wonderful!!!

Great!

Cute little house. Plenty of room for the four of us. The yard was nice and my kids even did some sledding. We left two sleds there for the next people. The hot tub was a plus. We enjoyed it.

Disappointing

The idyllic photos of the back yard don't show that the property is right next to a major road. Pets and children need to be watched when outside.
