Hi. My name is Happy (yes - real name!). I'm a software engineer, artist, and long distance runner and live in Seattle, WA.
Why they chose this property
House is located on a quiet residential street. GREENLAKE is a hub for runners, cyclists, soccer players, athletes, and families to recreate.
The lake has a three mile perimeter trail, community center with a swimming pool, playground for kids, outdoor basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, and vast open park space for picnics and relaxing.
There are tons of shops, restaurants, yoga and fitness studios, markets, and public transportation all within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
GREENLAKE is centrally located on the North end of the city with access to major highways to the East and West. House is walking distance to the Roosevelt light rail station and numerous bus routes. Rentals for all outdoor adventures can be found at the lake: bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, electric scooters, etc.
