Our home, Eagles Edge, is nestled on 2 wooded acres in a gated lake community- “Retreat at Water's Edge".
Our community has a 95 acre calm water lake w/ kayak & bike rentals, multiple docks, a pavilion, fishing, community fire pits, playground, trails & a pool (coming soon). Bring your kayak, bikes, and fishing gear.
Numerous waterfalls, hiking trails, biking trails, and paths to walk. Nearby: South Cumberland State Park w/ trailheads, waterfalls, hiking, biking (Mountain Goat Trail), Sewanee-University of the South (numerous trails), Monteagle, Tracy City, the Caverns music venue in Pelham, Big Foot Adventure, Fall Creek Falls, Bonnaroo, Music Festival, Tim's Ford Lake, Chattanooga, & Nashville is less than an hour and 1/2.
Our spacious retreat home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed & closet and an open loft with a daybed & trundle. 2 full baths (1 tub & 1 walk in shower).
Eagles Edge has WiFi, 2 TVs, board games, & books..
We provide numerous amenities: bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, & a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar and also snacks.
There is a full size washer and dryer available.
There are many ways to enjoy the outdoors in our screened-in porch with string lights, and covered porch with rocking chairs.
You can also enjoy our fire pit with string lights and the BBQ grill in the back.
You can receive a welcome packet with many great suggestions and there will also be a guest book at the house for you to reference during your stay.

We live just an hour and 1/2 away in a suburb of Nashville TN. We enjoy the outdoors and time away for R&R. So, we hope Eagles Edge can be a place for others to enjoy. We have 3 adult children and we enjoy spending time with them and supporting their interests. We love sports, hiking, biking, yoga, kick-boxing, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. Beth graduated from Auburn & Blaine graduated from Mizzou. We support our Alma maters & Nashville teams.
Why they chose this property
Eagles Edge is nestled on 2 acres. Our son like to mountain bike on our lot. There are tall trees everywhere and so much beauty to explore outside our door. Hiking, mountain biking and also road/paved trail biking, walking trails, shopping, eating, seeking waterfalls, and kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake in the development.
What makes this property unique
We are in a quaint and gated tiny home community. So, we have the charm of a cozy tiny home, but with nearly 1200 sq. feet... it is far from "tiny". Eagles Edge has plenty of space, with natural light, and a lot of outdoor living space. This home has a very equipped kitchen and even coffee & supplies.
