Shifting Property
We initially booked the glamping experience. Upon check in, the AC was not working and the camper was at 115 degrees inside. Even when face timing with property personnel, the AC would not kick on.
Without hesitation the gentlemen on the phone (Paul?) quickly worked to put my son in the house adjacent to the property. It was an excellent option to ensure my son's stay. And the hurricane hits. The house was fine, the power was fine, there was zero flooding and all was safe for him. I am in South Pasadena and the surge of the storm impacted our first floor condo. I called and asked if we could extend the stay in the house to give me time to clean and prepare his return to the condo. Again without hesitation the gentlemen on the phone said absolutely. The extra time was priceless for us.
Thank you for the incredible, immediate responses to my inquiries, the shifting of the property rental, the extension to the stay and the overall honesty of the service.
You helped me though and already stressful time helping my son relocate here, while working through significant PTSD and a hurricane.
