Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom house located in Central Jax, featuring one king bed and 2 queen beds. House is walking distance to restaurants, 0.5 miles to Memorial Hospital, 21 min. to Mayo Clinic, 23 min. to JAX airport, 28 min to Jax Beach, 16 min to Top Golf & SJ Towncenter, 10-13 min to Riverside/ Downtown / Springfield. House has Wi-Fi and a TV. Cable not provided. Hand Soap provided, but please bring your own shampoo & conditioner.

Home is older and we furnished it with 100% repurposed materials.

House is on a shared lot, shared with a 1 bedroom cottage. The driveway is shared too, but you will have room to park 2 vehicles on the right side of the driveway. Tenant is responsible for bringing trash can to the curb.

Wifi is provided and you can plug into the modem if you need.

Dogs are allowed, but it is $50 per dog and please have them approved before booking. No cats allowed.
