It accommodates up to 8 people and includes an elegant King Master Suite with lounging area and double head shower, 2 queen bedrooms, one bedroom with twin beds, comfortable Great Room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook and laundry room.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on a freshwater canal in the newest area of Northwest Cape Coral, Villa Papaya offers you the most relaxing vacation of your dreams. It is close to shopping, restaurants, nightly entertainment, golf courses, beaches, marinas and boat ramps. Sunsplash Family Waterpark is only 5 minutes away. Beaches are 20 minutes to an hour away depending on which beach you go to.

The Villa comes complete with all bed linens, kitchen, bath and household utensils and appliances to make you feel right at home. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the Great Room and the lanai. For families with small children there is a high chair, a pack 'n play, and a baby fence for the pool.

Sanibel Island, known for fabulous shelling, is only about a half hour drive away. Watch for dolphins from the Sanibel Causeway or any of the many beaches. Visit the “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge which is part of the largest undeveloped mangrove system in the United States. It is world famous for its spectacular migratory bird populations. Visit Bailey’s Tract which offers walking/biking trails where you could possibly see an alligator or other wildlife. Tarpon Bay Explorers offers guided boat tours, kayaking and canoeing where you’re likely to see dolphins, manatees, alligators and a large variety of wildlife in the pristine native tropical and subtropical vegetation of Sanibel Island. Popular Fort Myers Beach, with its entertainment and many restaurants, and Captiva Island are located nearby. Don't miss the Manatee Park in Ft. Myers, especially in the cooler months.

Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is only 10 minutes away. With 365 acres it is the second largest preserved green space in Cape Coral featuring a walking trail where you might see eagles, herons, and ibis, among other birds and raccoons, a visitor center, Veterans Memorial Area and seasonal kayak rentals.
