My stay

Overall the place inside was nice View was immaculate Close travel to New York But the outside could use a little clean up around the building looks nasty with the trash not a very good lookAlso so inform you guest not only about where they can park but also about how they need to move their cars for street cleaning to avoid getting a citation In front of the building the sign for street cleaning is gone so your guest can’t tell if they should park there or if they need to move it . Not everybody is familiar with New Jersey New York street parking rules so that would be helpful But overall it was great I would stay there again and the host was very accommodating

Great Apartment

The apartment is wonderful! Clean, easy drive to transportation to Manhattan. Great fast communication with the owner. Neighborhood is very iffy, but otherwise it was a fantastic stay. It fit our family of 5 very well, I would stay again no problem

Very Cozy But Location Is Misleading

We enjoyed our time here, and the apartment was really cute and cozy. Majority of it was clean, but we did notice some lettuce bits in the fridge when we first got there, and the shower was slightly clogged. The biggest thing to consider when staying here is this location is not a simple or quick commute to NYC. It took a 45-minute Uber ($50-70) to get to the city one-way or up to 3 different modes of public transportation (one-way) to get to the city. Overall, traveling back and forth from the city was the most grueling part, so this listing is misleading when it says it’s minutes away from Manhattan.
