About this property

Enjoy your stay with beautiful sunrises, fishing , and a private boat slip on our dock for your boat!

This 3 bedroom home will sleep 8 adults and dogs are welcome. The main floor has an open floor plan with full kitchen, living room, master suite, guest suite & laundry room. There is a porch with a hot tub and a screened porch that overlooks the lake & pool area.

The spiral staircase takes you from the main floor to the walk-out basement, which has the 3rd guest room with a queen size bed. The basement playroom has a queen-size Futon, a pool table and a full kitchen with French-doors that walk out to a lakeside playground with a unique 35' Sea Ray swimming pool, a sun-tanning patio dock, along side an outdoor kitchen and play area. The play area has a dart board & cornhole for your enjoyment. The basement has the 3rd full bathroom.

The backyard patio also has a Blackstone grill, for some outdoor cooking and bar area for hosting or just enjoying the view.

We have a 200' dock with an extra slip for your fishing or boating needs. We are located 1 block from the city dock and pier, as well as 3 Bananas Restaurant & Bar and Mystic Bistro Restaurant.

This 3 bedroom home will sleep 8 adults and dogs are welcome. We are 50 minutes from Sanford/Orlando airport & 1 1/2 hours Jacksonville Airport. St.Augustine and Daytona Beach are a quick 45 minute drive!

Another Great Catfish Festival!

Our family booked this property to attend the Crescent City Catfish Festival. This house and property were everything they advertised it to be. Jana was amazing and we really loved the charcuterie tray and wine as an arrival gift. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

My friends and I had a blast at this property. It was even better in person than the pictures depicted. Tons of space and awesome outdoor areas. Will definitely stay again. Awesome hosts, great communication.

Fishing Trip

This was a great place. Very clean and very nice. We had a fishing trip and booked this location because of its location and pictures on the website. We were not disappointed.

Great Stay!

Everything was even better than advertised! Had great communication with the owner and property manager who both made sure our stay was everything we could have asked for! The amenities in the house and the space itself was perfect for our needs. We could have used some warmer weather, but no fault of theirs! Would definitely come back to stay again and highly recommend for anyone looking in the area!
