Stunning property on the shores of Kachemak Bay. Conveniently located to the best of Homer. Enjoy unobstructed waterfront panoramic views of the bay, beach, and spit. The beautiful timber-frame home provides the perfect environment to enjoy a romantic vacation or family adventure. Amenities include hot tub, outdoor seating, gas grill, hi-speed internet, and smartTV.

On the first floor you will enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchen space as well as a full bathroom.
Doors open to a large deck with living space/dining table/gas grill/ and hot tub.
The Second floor of the home features a master bedroom with king bed that overlooks the bay. Second floor also includes an open bedroom with two twin daybeds with trundles, and a half bath.
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. There is a second vacation rental on the property and yard access is shared.
