You have 3 bedroom that sleep 6, king bed, queen bed and a full and twin. Full laundry, full kitchen with brand new appliances, quartz countertops throughout, microwave, coffee maker, dining table that seats 6. Outside you will enjoy a pergola with patio, large swimming pool, inflatables for pool, jacuzzi, pool house w/full bath, games, bar. Inside you have very nice couches for living room with TV, modern bathroom with additional 1/2 bath, closets in each bedroom with luggage racks, ceiling fans in each bedroom, central heating & air. Lovely home located by Bidwell Park, close to downtown, Resturant’s, shopping, post office and stores. Fabulous location and close to Chico State University. Nice and quiet family neighborhood
No smoking cigarettes, marijuana or any vaping inside or outside home.
1. Please be mindful of the backyard noise - and respectful of the neighbors
2. Neighbors are sensitive to late evening noise
3. No glass in backyard
4. Do not strip beds when you leave
5. Please put all dishes in dishwasher upon leaving and start dishwasher
6. Towels - please do not wash the blue swim towels with the white bath towels
7. Please throw your trash away in the trash bins upon leaving, please be careful with your trash and recycled item. The BLACK trash bin is trash, the BLUE trash bin is recycle.
