This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom with Den home is located in the Hammocks at Fenney, which is close to the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, dining, free live entertainment nightly, and more!

You’ll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, two walk-in closets, and a private his and her vanities in master bath with a roman shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The den is set up with peace & relaxation in mind and provides a desk for the light worker. Both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai offers comfortable seating perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day of fun. The beautiful lanai is also a great place to end your day of activities with your new friends before heading off to the squares to dance the night away.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a 2 Bikes, 4 seater Gas golf cart, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses along with use of all recreational areas & clubs.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
