Luxury tropical resort living! Palm View is named for the view. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the palm trees that surround the swimming pool area at your feet. Then a few steps beyond that you are on the beach. Close by you have 20 tennis courts to choose from.

Tennis, horseback riding, diving and water sports are all close at hand, as are the many of restaurants that Palmas del Mar offers. The Wyndham Garden Hotel with its restaurants and entertainment is right next to the property, less than 100 yards away.

The property itself features a modern, airy decor, with a beautiful view across the pool area and golf green to the beach. It is fully air conditioned and features wifi throughout plus cable TV service. The extravagantly large bathroom gives it a spa-like quality. Palm View faces the beautiful pool area, landscaped by experts, with 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Beyond that is the third hole of the golf course with the beach just behind it, about 150 yards away. The property is on the second floor, away from the foot traffic, and is quiet, bright and sunny.

Great Location

The apartment size was perfect! Close to everything we needed and the beautiful beach. Needs some minor updates but very cozy. We couldn’t use the hot tub on the property grounds because it was dirty and no one cleaned it during our stay. Overall very satisfied.

Beautiful

Property was very nice. The pools were an issue I couldn’t use the hot tub and the beach is a little bit further than what I thought but you still could see it. The accommodations were nice It was a great birthday. The host was very nice.

Palmas Stay

Wonderful location. Gated property in a gated community. Plenty of parking. Stunning views with large lanai. Full kitchen and laundry. Lots of space with a huge bathroom. Palmas 2022

We have been to Palmas Del Mar in Humacao several times, this was the first time we did VRBO. The condo had an ocean view which was across from the hotel. We didn’t cook in the condo, we preferred to go up to Palmonova Plaza for dinner. One day we drove to Luquillo Beach which was about 30 minutes from the condo. Beautiful beach with fresh Pina Coladas.

Puerto Rico fun in the sun

Our overall experience was very good. The condo is very comfortable and stocked with the basics. Our one complaint is that the WiFi was terrible. Palmas Del Mar is a very beautiful gated community. The pool is nice and you can walk to the beach but you cannot really swim there nor sit out, it’s not really setup for that. You should know that a car is needed to get around or you can rent a golf cart. This condo is right next door to the Wyndham Hotel. We were able to buy coffee and sweets there but not much more. They do have a restaurant that was pretty good for dinner. Overall we had a great time and would come back.

The ad said the apartment was for 4 people, but it had 1 king bed and. Sofa bed that was broken. I called to report it, and they did not do anything about it.

Best view! Just in the center of the pool with a beach and golf corse view. Never expect to have the New Candelero Resort as part of the view. The Condo very comfortable and clean. I will use it again as my favorite. Thanks!!!!

Bad experience

We turned on the toaster and a live cockroach came out..i found an exterminating form and it was dated 2018..the air conditioning did not go cooler than 85..i told the owner and they said to give it time..it went as hot as 87 and they never sent a technician..some electrical outlets didnt work. Also the a/c unit was leaking water into the apartment..The exterior of the building needs painting and roof tiles..we will not rent from this owner and do not recommend them to others..they are called the marco polo collection company

Perfect Caribbean Getaway

We were looking to get away from the cold temperatures in Michigan and found the perfect answer in this poolside condo. The view from the balcony of the pool, golf course and beach was outstanding. The condo has everything a couple would want for an enjoyable stay and was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen so we ate many meals in house. Our most favorite aspect of this vacation was enjoying the warm temperatures and gentle breezes on the balcony.

Wonderful vacation spot

The best way to support Puerto Rico now is to go there, and this is a great way to give back, and enjoy at the same time. Very responsive owner. A gated community of many smaller gated communities. the unit is terrific, but the area is not yet ready for prime time. the roads still do not have signage, and its easy to get lost if you leave the area. There are only 3 restaurants on "campus" and not easy to get in to. But the golf is fantastic! BEst kept secret of Puerto Rico. There's limited internet in the area, so thanks to the owner there is good wifi. Just none when you leave the unit. The owner is a professional -- and will take care of any needs.

Hola! John and Judith and Team, What an awesome condo words can't express how great the place is loved it my husband and I enjoyed it so much can't wait to go back. It was very clean very organized everything we needed was in the condo. The View was fantastic, we had such an awesome time. We have family in Puerto Rico we went to visit them but couldn't wait to come back to the condo to enjoy the pool and the scenery. It was just like coming home but better. We must have gone in a slower time in the season not too many people in the pool which we enjoyed very much. We can't wait to go back.
