Welcome to our expansive four-bedroom South Shore home! Located outside of Boston and a quick drive to Marshfield and Duxbury beaches, this house is perfect for families or larger groups. This three-story house features 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a master bedroom with a large bathroom and walk-in closet, a separate office, an eat-in kitchen, and a large deck overlooking a secluded backyard, which is behind the River Wind Horse Farm. Our house is perfect for a getaway close to Boston!
The space
On the first floor is an open living room and game room. Great for the kids! Second floor has a half bath, an office, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a kitchen that leads to a large deck. The third floor has four bedrooms including a master bedroom with a large bathroom and large walk in closet, three other bedrooms and a full bathroom off the main hallway.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main living areas of the home.
There is no access to the garage or utility rooms located in the basement.
