Welcome to pride of ownership in this adorable single level home. Quiet and cozy inside and out. The spacious layout and well appointed interior provides a peaceful, comfortable guest experience. A fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful guest amenities are sure to enhance a well accommodated stay. Enjoy the cool summer evenings in the beautiful backyard and patio, or relax and unwind in the sparkling clean hot tub.
Located just a 15 minute walk from the year round Sunday Farmers Market.
The hot tub is cleaned and chemically treated weekly by a professional hot tub service on Wednesdays. The technician will enter the backyard through the exterior gate and will not disturb guests .
The air conditioner is a portable unit located in the bedroom.
Guest assistance from the local property manager is available during guests' stay.
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the rooftop deck.
Come on in to enjoy an open concept living and dining area with plenty of natural light. The modern gallery kitchen has all the equipment you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. The private bedroom has a comfy King size bed, quality linens and room darkening curtains.
