WEATHER POLICY: We are located up the mountain and snow happens during the winter and early spring. Upper Alpine Way is accessed from Ski Mountain Road and Ski View Drive, both are city groomed roads and are usually cleared rather quickly. We cannot offer refunds due to weather so you may want to purchase travel insurance. We will do everything possible to reschedule your trip in the event weather keeps you from checking in on your scheduled date. I have owned and managed another unit further up the mountain for 4 years and I have not had a cancellation yet due to weather. But be warned it is always possible as we cannot predict what date a weather event will happen.
