Gorgeous completely updated ground floor unit. All vinyl flooring, new furnishings and conveniently located in the west building. There is a peek of the ocean and a very nice green space just off the patio. Complex offers Olympic size pool, kiddie pool and community pavilion. First condo on the non-drive beach easy access to grocery stores and walkable to several dining options including (newly renovated) Chases on the Beach, SoNapa Grille, and Izzy's Island Taco and Ice cream. Family friendly complex located next to the public playground.

Our family has been in Florida for generations and has always loved the beach especially sleepy New Smyrna Beach. We have been staying at Point East Condos for years and love it there! The complex if welcoming, relaxed, very family friendly. We hope you are able to make family memories there just as we have! Enjoy our little slice of the sunshine state!
Why they chose this property
We love the first floor because of the ease of access to the pool and beach. The non-drive beach is a must for our family as it allows us to enjoy the beach without having to worry about the kids looking out for a steady stream of cars. We also love this location because it is the first condo on the non-drive beach and gives us easy access to all the action on the busier drive side if we want it. The condo is also within walking distance to great food and family fun.
