About this property

From August to October 2024, the roof of the building will be renewed and construction noise must be expected.

Cozy 1.5 room apartment (32sqm) with balcony and view of the mountains. Sun from morning to evening. A bus stop is right next to the house and in a 10-minute walk you will find a grocery store and a bakery.

The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen with microwave, oven, steamer, fridge and dishwasher. Apple TV, WLAN and garage space available. To be able to ski, just a minute's walk to the bus stop and then take the free bus to the Laax valley station (10mins door to door!).

Why they chose this property

It is beautiful to be in the alps and enjoy the mountain view. At the same time, it's practically located. Access to public transport, grocery shops and the ski lift is all you need in Summer or Winter.
