Misty Morning Acres located in central Florida 1/2 mile north of The Villages situated on 2.4 acres. This hobby farm has a 6-stall horse barn, a chicken paddock with our small breed of Bantam chickens and Nigerian dwarf goats. On occasion we will have a horse on the property too.
Within a short distance enjoy nighty entertainment at the squares, shopping, restaurants, golf.
Silver Springs has kayaking or glass bottom boat tours. 16 miles
Canyons Zip line and horseback riding. 25 miles
Santos Bike Trail 13 miles
Spanish Springs Square 5 miles

This is the guest house on backside of the property. You will be greeted by the property owners who live in the main house. After a meet and greet check-in, you will have your own private entrance to the property by keycode.

This is a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING ANY WHERE ON THE PROPERTY. No events allowed. No pets allowed. PLEASE adhere to this as you will be turned away with no refunds.
We can accommodate a small trailer for kayaks or a boat. Equestrian travelers are welcomed for an extra fee for your horse, and it is self-care.

Check in is between the hours of 3 pm to 9 pm. NO MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT CHECK-INS.

Misty Morning Acres was exactly as listed and then some.The home was immaculate and very comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Louise and Michelle are gracious and accommodating hosts.We would definitely consider staying again sometime!

The BEST Vrbo!!

This was the BEST Vrbo we have ever rented! The house was totally CLEAN, beautifully furnished, had everything we needed and more. The hosts were wonderful. They even invited us to play with their new baby goats. The grounds were well maintained and the security was top notch. We were comfortable and felt very safe! We look forward to staying here again, but next time for longer!

Awesome property

This house and property are absolutely beautiful and the owners are very nice and friendly. There is a small farm on the property with many types of small animals. This would be a great place to take children. Inside the house is beautiful with everything you need to make the stay comfortable. Very clean and neat. I would highly recommend!!
